- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years experiences in vendor management, general admin management, housekeeping management, and/or landscape management roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and facility management software/tools.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facilities and outdoor spaces.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control principles.
- Interaction with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Lead landscaping, housekeeping, facilities management and enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces, maintenance plans, including planting, irrigation, and seasonal upkeep.
- Produce and monitor regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Establish and implement process, policies and procedures related to general admin to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards.
- Recommend improvements or process enhancements to improve team productivity and cost efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess service quality and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
- Manage contracts with landscaping vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing best practices to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and control budgets related to general admin, housekeeping, and landscape management activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform task as assigned by management.
