Oversee and manage overall budget allocation and improve efficiency to optimise capex/opex. As Business Partner to engage with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and major dependencies. Oversee overall resources and succession planning.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in IT/Banking/Finance/Law/Economics or equivalent. Certified Professional Paper in IT/Accounting/ Finance and Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in a Financial Institution with exposure in credit and lending especially in business segments such as Corporate or Commercial Banking with sound knowledge on loan documentation and lending processes, practices, laws and regulatory requirements.

Effective prioritization with big picture in mind. Able to operate with balance of delegation and control. Strategic mind-set with focus on value delivery for the bank. Strong problem solving skill to support issue resolution. Deep understanding of the domain of focus for Tribe. Well informed on the developments and trends for the domain of focus.
