Job Title: Head - Learning Development and Talent Management

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Training and Talent Management department. As the Head of Learning Development and Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training and talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Strategy Development: Lead the team in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and revise existing training modules to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy and direction.
  2. Learning Program Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of learning programs based on feedback and data analytics.
  3. Talent Development: Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
  4. Succession Planning: Implement and maintain a robust succession planning process and framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
  5. Competency Gap Closure: Develop relevant developmental programs to close competency gaps.
  6. Leadership Development: Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders for key roles within the organization.
  7. Performance Management: Lead the team to manage performance management processes, including employees' KPI setting, performance reviews, and 360° feedback mechanisms.
  8. Departmental Budgeting: Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  9. Reporting and Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of training and talent management initiatives.
  10. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners.
