The Adval Tech Group is a global industrial partner for technologically sophisticated metal and plastic components and subassemblies. In our role as supplier and value creation partner, we cover the entire value chain: from product development and prototyping through tool development to component production and assembly. The headquarters of the Adval Tech Group are in Switzerland. The Group operates nine production plants: in Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Brazil.
Adval Tech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Adval Tech Group. We are the local leader for high demanding aesthetic and functional parts in low volume and high variety industries, such as Med-Tech, Consumer, Industrial and Life Science.
We specialize in injection molding, secondary processes such as printing, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, thread tapping, hot stamping, spray painting, and mechanical sub-assembly works.

Job Description
- Proven sales success and several years experience in global Business Development - plastic injection molding. Manage and further develop assigned existing and new customers across the entire product portfolio.
- Acquire profitable new orders to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and implement customer strategies (including requirements, products, locations, and activities).
- Evaluate and coordinate new and change requests, including feasibility assessments through to end-of-life.
- Prepare, align, negotiate, and finalize proposals and customer contracts, including terms and conditions (T&C).
- Monitor and review product prices, customer-specific material surcharges, and other pricing elements, as well as accounts receivable and dunning processes in coordination with Finance/Controlling.
- Prepare and conduct (annual) pricing negotiations.
- Analyze and plan sales, revenue, and earnings; provide regular reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer within the company for technical and commercial matters.
- Ensure long-term, successful, and reliable customer relationships.
- Enhance customer loyalty by establishing, maintaining, and coordinating personal contacts with key stakeholders and decision-makers (network), including regular customer visits.
- Manage customer communication, including the administration and maintenance of customer platforms.
- Serve as the customer representative within the company, ensuring customer requirements are met, coordinating customer-specific standards, special characteristics, and quality goals; defining corrective and preventive actions.
