Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely submission of monthly reports
  • Handle daily accounting functions (AP, AR & Invoice) and monthly closing activities
  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and expenditures for budget purpose
  • Responsible for proper bookkeeping and management of accounts payables.
  • Maintain, control and reconcile petty cash
  • Conduct month-end closing stock verification
  • Verify and check staff claims and suppliers' invoices
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Liaising with tax agents, auditors, bank officers and other authority bodies as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment.
  • Proper documentation and filling.
  • Handle some general administrative tasks
  • Monitoring and follow-up on administrative procedures: office renewal, insurance, etc;
  • Stock take every month end
  • Keep track and follow up debtor outstanding payment.
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance for office equipment
  • Assist on coordinate meetings, including setup, lunch arrangements, and special events

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or related roles
  • Fresh graduates with internships in Account may be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Accounting software and tools (SQL).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
