Account cum Admin Executive

- Assist in administration tasks
- Data entry for the Finance Department
- Prepare various financial and administrative reports
- Input transactions into the SQL accounting system (e.g., writing cheques and sending out payments, making international payments, and paying cheques into the bank)
- Responsible for updating and maintaining general ledger accounts of assigned companies
- Assist the senior in preparing reporting packages
- Overall recording and reporting of collections
- Overall recording and reporting of accounts payables
- Diploma / Degree holder, preferably majoring in Accounting or equivalent
- Able to speak in English
- Minimum 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work independently and have a sense of responsibility
- Able to start work immediately
