Job Responsibility
  • Assist in administration tasks
  • Data entry for the Finance Department
  • Prepare various financial and administrative reports
  • Input transactions into the SQL accounting system (e.g., writing cheques and sending out payments, making international payments, and paying cheques into the bank)
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining general ledger accounts of assigned companies
  • Assist the senior in preparing reporting packages
  • Overall recording and reporting of collections
  • Overall recording and reporting of accounts payables
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder, preferably majoring in Accounting or equivalent
  • Able to speak in English
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be computer literate
  • Able to work independently and have a sense of responsibility
  • Able to start work immediately
