Assistant Manager, Client Brand Marketing (Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and strategic Assistant Manager to join our Client Brand Marketing (Sales) team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping marketing strategies, driving sales, and building strong client relationships to achieve exceptional business outcomes. You will balance creativity and data-driven decision-making to craft campaigns that generate impact, ensuring Kleverstock stands out as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Growth and Client Relationship Management
    1. Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized marketing solutions.
    2. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
    3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support throughout their campaigns.
    4. Negotiate agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with client goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  2. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution
    1. Assist in developing innovative marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and drive brand differentiation.
    2. Design and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase value-driven solutions.
    3. Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    4. Adapt campaigns to changing market dynamics and client feedback to maximize their effectiveness.
  3. Analytics, Reporting, and ROI Tracking
    1. Utilize data to assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
    2. Monitor KPIs, including lead conversion rates, sales growth, and client retention metrics.
    3. Prepare detailed sales and performance reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
    4. Ensure all reporting is clear, precise, and aligned with organizational goals.
  4. Team Collaboration and Leadership
    1. Act as a bridge between sales, creative, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    2. Support junior staff by providing mentorship and sharing best practices for client management and campaign execution.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing plans that align with business strategies.
  5. Budget and Resource Management
    1. Plan and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality.
    2. Identify cost-saving measures that maintain campaign excellence while reducing unnecessary expenditures.
  6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
    1. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms to bring fresh ideas to the table.
    2. Propose innovative solutions to differentiate the Kleverstock brand from competitors.
    3. Regularly review processes and strategies for ongoing improvement and optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in brand marketing and sales, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and strategic branding.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven approach.
