Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Description:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Malaysia market, focusing on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular account reviews, provide sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts, with a focus on the Malaysia market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluent in English and Malay, with additional language skills being an advantage.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and comfortable with VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) situations.
Note: This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is part of the LAZADA team. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
