Senior Key Account Manager

Lead the implementation of strategic customer plans with Modern Trade customer across all ZUS Coffee categories and maintain strategic business relationships with assigned major accounts to drive brand awareness and secure profitable business.
Key negotiator for ZUS Commerce with customers for trading terms and category development plans.
Skilled at developing a collaborative Joint Business Plan with the customers.
Consolidate sales forecast (MT portfolio) and ensure it aligns with company budget. Identify business opportunities and gaps, and initiate solutions to achieve assigned budget and forecast accuracy.
Implement trade spend management as per company guidelines. Action-oriented to optimize return on investment within assigned portfolio.
Translate sales development plan to trade execution (quantitative and qualitative KPIs), responsible for BTL implementation by leveraging the expertise of the operation team and merchandising partner.
Accountable for talent development and coaching in relevant matters.
Conduct market research to identify/analyze consumer, competitors, and business market opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Trade Marketing, Product Manager, and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Qualifications & ExperienceDegree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
5 years of solid experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC or distributor environment handling MNC principle.
Experience in Modern Trade/Convenience/Petrol Mart channel and Distributor Management.
Aggressive, result-oriented and with high personal drive to succeed.
Strong people and negotiation skills, able to deal effectively with retailers/distributors and to execute the sales/marketing plans.
Good communication skills in English & Malay.
