Role : Admin Officer / Executive

Location : Kajang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

Development of a superior workforce an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

A. Responsible for supporting a business within every area of human resources, including recruitment and employee relations.

  • drafting job descriptions, outlining in detail all skills and qualities required and desired in a successful job applicant.
  • screens all resumes submitted to the open job order, seeking only the most qualified applicant.
  • conducts drug and background screenings and reference checks for all prospective hires, accurately documenting these activities.
  • Employee orientation, development and training.

B. Serves as the point person for employees' issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies:

  • Handle compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure basic facilities for workers are well maintained i.e. Surau, Canteen, Toilets, Change Room, general cleaning etc.
  • Arranging over-all/uniform for workers.
  • Take care of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Provide employee counselling.

C. Serves as the point person for general administration:

  • Arrange for license and contract renewal.
  • controlling manual purchase orders and monitoring goods deliveries.
  • Company employee communication.
  • Keep track of the customer's payment.

D. Maintains record, relevant to human resource and general administration:

  • Employee Personal File.
  • Training details.
  • License and contract renewal.
  • Manual Purchase Orders.
  • Employee attendance record.

E. Prepare and update procedural in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP and OSHA requirement.

F. Maintains up-to-date awareness of:

  • Company policies, plans and objectives.
  • Relevant regulatory requirements, in particular those relating to occupational (OSHA), Safety and health, DOE, fire department, machinery department, local authorities, etc
  • ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental quality management.
  • Labour situation in the country.
  • ISO 45001
  • Halal

G. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Key Experiences, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above (Preferably related to HR Management).
  • At least 3 years working experience as Human Resources & Admin in factory environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking & capable of managing priorities.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude.
