Job Purpose

This role drives growth by maximizing product and service value for South Malaysia and Singapore market. You'll lead sales efforts in industries like Cement, Energy, and Food & Beverage, identifying opportunities, crafting strategies, and building customer relationships to boost profitability and market share. Stay trend-savvy, uncover prospects, and promote brand authenticity with global and local teams.

Accountabilities

  • Build country sales plans by analyzing potential and competitors, shaping strategic actions.
  • Manage relationships with customers and partners, spending 50% of time engaging decision-makers.
  • Develop key account plans for sustainable growth, enhancing market share with tailored offerings.
  • Advise customers on technical needs, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Offer consultations and upgrade solutions.
  • Support campaigns, train partners on authenticity, and recover sales from protection leads.
  • Guide CRM use, improve hit rates, and manage proposals to secure orders.
  • Ensure smooth contract handovers and track activities in CRM.
  • Train partners, support customers, and follow safety and ethical policies.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 7-10 years in sales/engineering.
  • Analytical, proactive, and skilled in English, MS Office, and CRM.
  • Sales experience in relevant industries involving rotating equipment and/or bearings/seals
  • Drive sales creatively in competitive markets.
  • Negotiate effectively and leverage team support.
