We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Export Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the export sales process for our products to international markets. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing export orders and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments.
- Communicating with customers and international partners to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues.
- Collaborating with sales and logistics teams to optimize export processes and meet customer requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and preparing reports as needed.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing quotes and invoices.
- Keeping up to date with export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in export sales, international trade, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export documentation software.
- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
