**OVERVIEW**
Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the restaurant staff team. Primary responsibilities include creating staff schedules, monitoring performance, and providing regular reports to upper management.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to Manage, Coordinate, and Lead day-to-day operations based on guidelines received from Management.
- Lead and supervise all operational activities, including food preparation. Service, kitchen operations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and increase overall efficiency.
- Provide strategic direction to the team and foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining hygiene, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local health codes and industry best practices.
- Monitor product quality to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations.
- Regularly conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless supply chain and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for the management team.
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated workforce, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold health and safety standards for employees and customers, including training staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**a) Nationality**: Malaysian. Must be 35 years and below.
**b) Working Hour**:
~ Monday - Saturday **|** 2 Shifts (7.00AM - 10.00PM)
~ Sunday (Offday)
**b) Experience** : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
**c) Skills**:
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff interaction and customer relations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
- A passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- F&B industry: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
