**Job Location: Jalan Green, Kuching, Sarawak.**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
To Assist and support Business Development team:
- Prepare motor quotations and cover notes within TAT
- Assist in monitoring CBC compliance daily for direct & Agents’ case by ensuring/checking that Agents paid timely
- Attend to inbound calls
- To assist the marketers in handling queries and problem solving on servicing queries to marketer’s agents, policy printing, guide Agents on system issues etc
- To support MO on agent's inquiries when MO is not around.
- To ensure non-motor cover notes in Flas system is printed and batched daily
- To assist Agent to make the payment on-line in ILink system
- To follow up outstanding premium/commission recovery with Agents promptly
- Submit completed claims documents to claims team.
To ensure policies or endorsement request are scanned timely:
- Work closely with internal stake holder in ensuring policies or endorsement are scanned timely
- To ensure 95% accuracy in document batched
- Follow up on issuance of policies or endorsements
- Distribute and place documents at Agents’ designated place
- Attend to daily routed back cases on the queries for case scanned
To follow up monthly non-motor renewal retention:
- To update renewed cases in renewal listing promptly
Others Responsibilities:
- Other tasks assigned from time to time by Branch Manager/BA
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
