Assist in recruitment activities such as screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
- Compile monthly attendance, leaves & OT report, verify the data with respective HOD.
- Conduct employee onboarding and exit interview.
- Update and maintain employee’s data in InfoTech system.
- Maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents.
- Assist in planning and organizing events & activities.
- Assist in preparing HR related letter.
- Assist in general and office administrative support.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR is required for this position.
- Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
- Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work with minimum supervision & good team-player.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. (Training might be held at Telok Panglima Garang, Klang).
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
