**Job Title: Business Development Executive (ICT and Cloud)**
**Report to: Business Development Executive**
**Job Summary**:
- The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the ICT and cloud market. This role involves prospecting for potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
**Sales Cycle Management**:
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to introduce Com Com’s and its products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including handling customer inquiries and following up on leads.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong client relations skills, including the ability to build rapport, entertain clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
**Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities.
**Pre-Sales Activities**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Provide technical consulting and support.
- Develop customized proposals.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the ICT or cloud industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales enablement platforms.
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
