a) Menyediakan sokongan untuk aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan HR termasuk orientasi, acara syarikat untuk penglibatan pekerja dan usaha membina pasukan, senarai gaji, pengurusan cuti, permintaan penggunaan IT untuk akaun e-mel dan peralatan IT dll.
b) Menyelenggara rekod Sumber Manusia bags pengambilan baru, mengesahkan dan mengurus Kemasukan data kehadiran pekerja, cuts tahunan, MIC, cuti tanpa gaji, masa cuti,lebih masa dsb.
c) Merancang dan menyelaras urusan pengrekrutan dan pengambilan pekerja baru syarikat.
d) Membantu dalam urusan temu duga, menyediakan surat tawaran dan pengaturan onboarding untuk pekerja baru.
e) Menguatkuasakan disiplin dan menasihati pekerja mengenai isu disiplin.
f) Menyediakan komunikasi/surat-menyurat pelbagai urusan HR termasuk Memo, Surat Amaran, Surat Tunjuk Sebab dan lain-lain.
g) Bertanggungjawab ke atas gaji, KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Cukai pendapatan berjalan dengalancar.
h) Mengendalikan sistem aplikasi HR dengan lancar dan baik.
i) Melaksanakan sebarang tugasan lain yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan dart semasa kesemasa.
j) Member nasihat dan membantu majikan berkaitan dengan pengurusan undang-undang buruhterkini.
k) Menguruskan hal ehwal berkaitan Sumber Manusia secara lebih tersusun, sistematik dan kemas.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
