We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities Office Operations
- Manage front desk, including attending guests, receiving and directing telephone calls.
- Support the company’s property, equipment and supplies acquisitions.
- Support all needed supplies for the office (beverages, fruits, stationary items)
- Cooperate with People Development and Recruitment (PDR) team in various internal and external activities.
- Manage messenger services throughout the supplier. HR
- Support onboarding/offboarding process for new joiners & leavers (activate office cards, organize workstations). Finance & Procurement
- Covers basic accounting tasks (creates requests, submit orders and monitor invoices in the internal platform).
- Raise purchase request for the teams when required.
- Follow up with the suppliers’ invoices to be sent to the correspondent finance team. Suppliers
- Liaise with the supplier on all the activities set in the maintenance calendar.
- Act as the main point of contact for any office or facility-related inquiries, including lease contracts, facilities maintenance and work equipment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in similar roles. Exposure in technology industry or MNC companies will be a plus point.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft office and Outlook.
- Able to work independently, great attention to details and well organized.
- Proactive attitude, resourceful in solving problems and high motivation in engaging with people from different backgrounds.
