- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insightful financial solutions to meet the current and future funding requirements of our valued clients.
- Responsibilities will encompass ensuring strict adherence to both internal and external regulatory frameworks, guidelines, policies, and procedures for all transactions and business activities.
- Involve proactively building and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering a strong network within the industry.
- Nstrumental in expanding our clientele base by leveraging internal referrals, client recommendations, marketing leads, and self-generated leads. Throughout this process, you will maintain an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service quality and compliance standards.
- Remain vigilant, keep clients informed of important developments such as industry news and newsletters that may impact their business relationship.
- Focus on building lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, identifying their unique needs, and delivering comprehensive cross-servicing solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Proficient in delivering compelling servicing presentations to clients and working partners, showcasing our offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company objectives, milestones, and timelines, actively contributing your knowledge, skills, and experience to support the growth and development of your colleagues.
- Strategic approach, effectively manage, acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with business partners, ensuring the delivery of holistic financial solutions.
- Embracing a dynamic and flexible approach, prepared to assist with any ad hoc assignments that may arise, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Job Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with individuals across various hierarchical levels will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and adeptly handling high-pressure situations will be crucial for success in this role.
- An acute attention to detail, coupled with a natural organizational aptitude, will be essential in ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Fundamental knowledge of commonly used computer software and programs, particularly Microsoft Office
- Well-developed interpersonal skills will be highly beneficial in fostering positive and productive working relationships.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are prerequisites for this role, while proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is considered an advantageous addition.

**Family Background**:
Any family member is working in Government sector is an added advantage.

**Working Experiences**:
working in oversea or business banking, corporate loan 5mil and above before will be value added
