Assistant Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Sales Excellence**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets within the IT industry.
- **Leadership and Support**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
- **Goal Setting and Alignment**: Collaborate with the sales manager to set clear and ambitious goals, ensuring alignment across the team.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients in the IT sector, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- **Proactive Client Engagement**: Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- **Identify Sales Opportunities**: Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling IT solutions, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining workflows where possible.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize sales performance.
- **Talent Acquisition and Development**: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, facilitating their integration and development within the sales team.
- **Performance Monitoring and Feedback**: Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about developments in the IT industry and monitor competitor activities, leveraging insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster strong communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to maximize synergy and alignment.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any related field.
- Preferably having 3-5 years experience in corporate sales, especially in the IT field.
- Having experience in retail and sales industry for IT Field will be added advantageous.
- Have a great leadership skill and management skills.
- Having a great communications skills.
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
