Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
**Key Purpose of the Role**:
- Responsible for assisting issue the invoices to customers, answering to billing queries-internal/external parties & upkeep and maintain customer database.
**Strategic Outcome**:
- Integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Invoicing:_
- Calling & monitoring incoming payment of down payment - cash customer and staggered payment term
- Answering to billing queries-external parties
- 2. Administration_
- Invoice qualification check-update mode of invoice delivery
- Taking care customer database - upkeep and maintain mode of invoice delivery & special requirement from customer related to invoices
- Work closely with operation team on day-to-day billing duties
- Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs
What You Need to Succeed
**Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required**
- Mandatory:_
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
