**Responsibility**

**Foreign Worker’s Management**
- Bring sick workers for treatment to clinic, specialist and dentist or hospital.
- Update medical information of Foreign Workers into personal file.
- Attending workers treatment process to hospital from the start included Passport preparation, bring workers to hospital, registration., medical bill payment., doctor meet-up, ward admission and exit process, medication pick up, hospital follow up and appointment.

**Hostel Management**
- Hostel tenancy documentation, agreement contract follows up and update.
- Bring vendor/contractor to assess and for quotation to external owners.
- Receive complaint of damages by tenant and make proper issuance of repair to Maintenance team.
- Conduct JTK hostel compliance with the help of HRAM, Maintenance team, Purchasing etc.
- Assess condition of house whether suitable in condition and no of tenant to submit JTK.
- If there is damage, forward issues to Maintenance. If severe, Maintenance pass to vendor.
- Any other jobs related to JTK or Hostel.

**Training & Development**
- Prepare yearly TNA Globally
- Co-ordinate and conduct Staff Internal & External Training Program.
- Application & submission Training program to HRDF & training provider.
- Prepare and monitor the fund for the training program.
- Follow up the certificate & training material after the training program is completed from participants.
- Up-to date all documentation accordingly.
- Attending customer audit time to time.
- Ensure all documentation is file in proper.

**Minimum Requirements**
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Must have valid driving license
- Keen learning and positive attitude.
- Able to perform the tasks with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate with all level of staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
