**Join Our client's Dynamic IT Sales Team**

**Role Objectives:

- **
1. Build and maintain a database of qualified customer contacts for lead development.
2. Develop and qualify leads for Account Managers to convert into opportunities.
3. Drive Run-Rate sales.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
1. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to generate new customer contacts.
3. Ensure customer contacts are efficiently converted into qualified leads.
4. Maintain up-to-date information in the Customer Contact Database and Funnel Database.
5. Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Managers and communicate customer requirements effectively.
6. Follow up on qualified leads and close orders to drive Run-Rate sales.
7. Continuously seek ideas and IT tools to enhance Sales Development processes.

**Performance Deliverables:

1. Increase the number of new qualified customer contacts in the database.
2. Boost the number of new qualified leads in the sales funnel.
3. Efficiently convert customer contacts into qualified leads.
4. Drive an increase in Run-Rate sales.

**Requirements:

- **
1. Degree or Diploma holder with a passion for continuous learning.
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the automation or technology industry.
4. Passion for customer service and sales.
5. Strong listening and presentation skills.
6. Team player with a proactive attitude.
7. Independent and results-driven.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
9. Fluency in Mandarin is required.
