**Asia Management Intelligence (MI) Manager**

**We will count on you to**:

- Implement Marsh Data Services MI strategy, including adoption of best practices and realization of efficiencies.
- Help the Marsh Data Services Regional Data Leader, prioritize developments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Manage MI deliveries from requirement through to implementation in an Agile framework.
- Influence local, regional, and global colleagues and stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Manage team performance, developing colleagues to ensure that they can deliver against current priorities and evolve to meet future needs.

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an **enterprise Business Intelligence tool such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI**, as well as sound data handling and scripting skills.
- An ability to interpret business requirements and shape solutions.
- Program and project management experience, with a proven track record of shaping and delivering MI solutions.
- Good command in **English** is required
