**Join our Payroll team**

Our team is responsible for providing payroll support to our employees in NAM region. The individual is responsible for each assigned local legislative rules and process. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis request from employee/ stakeholders while providing coverage and support as needed.

You will be responsible for executing on the Payroll process(s), developing an in-depth understanding of Payroll systems and legislative rules. You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.

As a HCT Payroll Specialist (NAM), you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring successful execution of one or more Payroll or Benefits process(s) for NAM region.
- Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned processes.
- Managing increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned areas.
- Providing advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.
- Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics.

- Have a Bachelor’s level in related field with a relevant work experience.
- Have proven work experience in Payroll/Finance/HR.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Be able to be proactive and results-oriented, self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision.
