Client Service Manager

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Our partner, an Australian financial boutique that serves as the home team for wholesale investors and corporate clients, is looking to expand their team and hire for Client Service Manager Their client portfolio includes clients include high-net-worth individuals, charities, not-for-profits, foundations, trusts, family offices, superannuation funds, and institutions across the world, providing a more personal and modern alternative to big banks, brokerages, and Investment firms.
As the Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our client experience, back office, databases, and feeds. Your keen eye for detail and strong understanding of financial concepts will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our clients.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Onboarding client accounts, statement of advice formatting, posting and preparation, advice implementation, and managing client data
- You will be responsible for checking and monitoring assets transfers, placing buys and sells on investment funds, managing withdrawals and contributions
- Communicate effectively and timely with Advisers, Partners, Client Services team members, and Corporate staff
- Ensure all client-related tasks are completed in accordance with regulation standards
- Liaise with financial institutions to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Establish and maintain data feeds, client cost-base data, and account amendments
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 4 years of client services experience within the Financial Planning or Wealth management industry
- Experience from Australian banks or financial institutions in the same capacity
- Client implementation experience
- Experience working on Investment Platforms
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- A genuine team player with the ability to empower other people to learn and develop
- A professional with the desire to build their own team and exceptional client experience
