**PROJECTS ASSISTANT**.

Job Scopes:

- 1) To assist in accompanying potential customers to sites and follow up with the sale / rented procedures

2) To inspect and resolve all rectification or repairs related to the properties and ensure properties are well maintained

3) To liaise and supervise contractors for the repair work, maintenance and/or security

4) To collect rental and other fees from tenants and liaise with lawyers if necessary such as in the event of delayed payment

5) To visit untenanted properties if they are securely locked and check for break in

6) To report properties’ status, occupancy and expiring leases

7) To manage disputes arising from properties where appropriate

8) To investigate and resolve properties’ complaints and rental violation

10) To perform inspection after tenants vacated the properties and to ensure no damages were caused during their tenancy

11) To terminate leases and initiate eviction process where necessary

12) To visit oil palm sites as and when necessary

13) To check fertilization, stocks etc at estates

14) To take on other responsibilities as instructed by the superior

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
