To prepare end-to-end payroll processing for small to large employee bases, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll.
- To review and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, benefits, deductions, and compliance with company policies and requirements.
- To ensure timely submission of statutory-related documents.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee data, time and attendance records, and tax information.
- Ensure staff movements are up to date in the HRIS / Payroll system (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave of absence) and ensure proper documentation with appropriate approvals.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, GL journals, statements, and summaries to the Clients.
- Assist in yearly performance management process - bonus, increment, and promotion exercise.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour guidelines.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to any HR matters.
- Effective communication with other Business Unit to attend to Client’s queries or requests.

**Requirement**
- Diploma / Degree holder.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing best practices, Employment Act and other relevant HR-related guidelines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and has good time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, engage and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Familiar with Rymnet payroll system will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
