We're hiring for a system and sales specialist (Hybrid)

**What to expect**:

- **Work Arrangement**:3 days WFH & 2 days work from SG office/client site.

**Jobs and skills**:

- Able to be the first line of client support for any system support issues, and interfacing with developers as required
- Able to advise existing clients on HR processes and system setup
- Able to provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with mínimal supervision.
- Able to conduct system demos to prospective clients and follow up regularly to close.
- Occasional travel to Singapore for physical meetings with clients.

**What you need to equip to excel for this role**:

- Fluent in English
- Must be confident to do client-facing work, and at the same also be comfortable doing backend/system support
- Relevant working experience in the HR or IT industry, exposure to HRIS/ HRMS/ HCM/ Payroll/ other HR products and services is a huge added advantage
- Possesses self initiative
- Go-getter attitude to get things done
