HR & Admin Executive

**Job Description**:
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR and admin function, including full set payroll
- Liaise with local authorities for compliance or regulatory issues
- Maintain employee records, filing systems and updated employee database
- Resolving employee issues and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
- Monitor implementation of HR policies and procedures in the Company
- Provide expert guidance on people issues and initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement and shape a positive employee experience
- Process and coordinate daily sales order, invoices and other documentation.
- Maintained and organized filing system
- Preparing quotation and coordinating of sales quotation with customers.
- Liase with government statutory bodies such as Labour Office, Perkeso, EPF, LHDN for any requirement matters
- Monitor office administration
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 3 years in Human Resource field
- Diploma/degree in Human Resource/Capital Management
- Posses excellent report writing
- Posses excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Posses own transport is an added advantage
- Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,157.16 per month
