Operation Admin Officer

Work to assure the smooth operation of Maintenance Department. General clerical duties, including filling, posting of notices, and ordering of parts and supplies as directed.
Develop and issue computer reports as requested. Assist with and /or prepare materials.
Create Work Order in system, recording incoming stock and outgoing stock.
Able to use system to input Goods Receive, Stock Issue and Stock Adjustment.
To handle all related invoicing/billings and other related documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents and filling in systematic.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
