**Accounts & Finance Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling of full set of accounts.
- Handle of fixed assets, general ledger, inventory report and oversee account receivables and account payables.
- Overseeing daily transactions (e.g account payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and full payment process)
- Liaison with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit/tax.
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time. (cash flow budgeting, consolidation and etc)
- To be a team leader, able to train and monitor proper work-flow.
- **Position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor**.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experienced in Audit would be an added advantage.
- Multi tasker, fast learner, independent, self-motivated dynamic, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet **deadline**.
- Resourceful, result-oriented, work well under pressure and committed to work long hours to deliver results.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other accounting software. Experienced in SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
- Ensure that the Department’s KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
- Protect company’s information and interest at all times.
- **Able to start IMMEDIATELY**.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
