Document and Contract Administrator

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support (filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc) to ensure efficiency operation of office.
- Coordinating with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and permits.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans.
- Coordinating project meetings and communication with team members.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Reviewing and analyzing project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Providing technical support and advice to project teams as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
