HR & Administrative Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining, recommending, and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs; assess training needs to apply
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and perservation of human capital
- Conducting and anlyzing exit interviews for outgoing employees
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, including leave administration
- Oversee and manage a constructive and timely performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, counselling of employees, or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Handles industrial relations, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Payroll system's administrator and setup and maintenance of the system
- Process monthly payroll which includes of the submisssion of statutory contribution
- Human resources and admin support to assist the company in daily operation; ensure smooth running of office administration
- Keep track of expenses and costs for office operations
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records; retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
- Liaise with relevant government authorities on matters pertaining to HR
**Requirement**
- Familiar with Flex HR system ; proficient with Microsoft Office
- ISO9001:2015 knowledge is an advantage
- Handling public listed & ESOS experience
- Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Labour Act, other related statutory requirements e.g. IRB, EPF, Socso and other HR practices and legislation
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), Mandarin will be additional advantage
- Possess own transport and able to travel when necessary
- Posses a diploma or degree in HR, business adminstration or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Excellet verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to handle diverse responsibilities and to respond to tight deadlines
- Energetic personality, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- A hands-on person who is positive and proactive driven
- Mature and able to work independently
- Responsibility, meticulous and multi-tasking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
