HR & IT Administrator

IT
Ensure cost efficient IT service, minimize business risk due to IT infrastructure, workplace/server failure, IT governance of service providers (DXC, T-Systems, Malaysia Telecom etc) to ensure services are in line with agreed SLAs
Plan and manage local IT projects and global IT solution rollout
Understand the local business needs and provide the right solution to support
Keep record of latest IT asset list, store IT documents in global platform (“Confluence”)
Support before / during and after company internal and external audit
Check IT related data regularly and keep them always up to date (site, user, HW and SW, IT devices
Join regular global and regional IT meetings as local ITC (IT Administrator)
Provide necessary training for new users, refresher training at regular basis for all users, ad-hoc communication for important IT topics
Liaise closely with ASEAN IT coordinator and BU Asia regional IT team on all important IT topics
HR
To compile training evaluation form from employees for ISO Audit purpose after training conducted
Coordinate and arrange onboarding sessions for new employees with HODs
Coordinate the activities relating to Employee life-cylce, including but not limited to register and activate e-leave system and Group Insurance coverage, arrange the working tools such as corporate credit card, door access card & ect for new onboarding employees
General IT Functions
Have a good understanding of networks, knowledge about server, database or scripting would be a plus
Reliable, structured and organized
Sound communication skill (fluent in English) and collaborative approach in an international IT environment (internal and external)
HR Functions
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Good computer & Excel/Word knowledge
