Resolve complex User problems and provide timely and effective solutions;
- Continuously contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge as issues/solutions arise;
- Be point of contact for all concerns related to engineering personnel and accurately record, update and document case updates;
- Able to read, analyze and interpret concession agreement, service level agreement (SLA), standard operating procedure (SOPs) and technical documents;
- Degree / diploma in any field;
- 2 years of relevant experience;
- Male preferred due to night shift requirement;
- Highly organized and detail oriented person;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users;
- Good understanding of time management and problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
