Document Management Assistant

Work closely with business users and other employees to deliver documents across Finance Outsourcing Center, tracking and deliverables, organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents.
- Complete a range of clerical tasks including manage calendars, sorting mail, prepare tracking reports to track key performance index of the Finance Outsourcing Centre.
- Act as the point of contract between the business users ie internal/external stakeholders on delivering of documents and invoices to Finance Outsourcing Centre.
- Arrange and ensure complete delivery of documents to Finance Outsourcing Centre effectively and efficiently on a daily basis.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle request and queries appropriately.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter/track data to measure performance of Finance Outsourcing Centre.
- Products reports to track compliance and performance measurement.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Any other duties assigend by the superior and section head.
**Requirement**:
- At least 1 year of experience as an admin assistant.
- Good comprehension of office management system and SOP and Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good planning and management Skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
