About the job
**MISSION**

Leading and driving organizational development and transformation initiatives in the zone, ensuring successful implementation of change strategies and alignment with objectives. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation initiatives.
- Co-work with HR team, providing guidance and support.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess change readiness and identify risks.
- Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for transformation projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of transformation projects.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field;
- Minimum of **5 years of experience in transformation management, change management, or organizational development roles.**:

- Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the Asia region is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive change and inspire innovation.
- Creativity and openness to new ideas.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
