Menguruskan semua panggilan masuk dan pertanyaan melalui talian general hotline. Mengikuti semua prosedur, tatacara komunikasi yang ditetapkan. Sentiasa mengekalkan imej professional dan mesra pelanggan ketika berurusan tidak kira secara telefon, emel, surat atau bersemuka. Mengendalikan aduan pelanggan dan mengumpulkan maklum balas dari pelanggan untuk peningkatan perkhidmatan. Menyusun data untuk tujuan pelaporan mengenai hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, aduan, pertanyaan dan lain-lain. Menyediakan maklumat produk/perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan kaedah yang bersesuaian. Memastikan penglibatan di dalam setiap aktiviti syarikat terutamanya yang melibatkan khidmat pelanggan.
