**Job Purpose**: Handle payroll processing, and ad-hoc daily office administrative and management.

**What you will be doing**:

- Processing payroll administration
- Arrange monthly statutory contribution and utilities EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc
- Make monthly payments for statutory contribution and utilities.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization, where needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring and purchasing inventory for office & pantry supplies
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Filing and organising records, invoices and other important documentation
- Responds to employee concerns
- Communicates and implements office policies
- Prepares and schedules company activities, meetings, and events
- Familiar with the HRD Corp process

**Requirements**:
**What you will need**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skill
- Familiar with the HRD Corp process
- Excellent organisation & detail-oriented
- High integrity and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to learn, reliable, committed in meeting deadlines
- Efficient work flow with attention to detail
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
