Security Officer

To assist Security Manager on ensuring all the records security policies, protocols and procedures updated.
- To support and execution of security operations has been planned for specific events especially customer audits, local authority agencies audit/visits, quarterly stock counts
& etc.
- Always update the Security Manager on reviewing reports on incidents.
- Assist on investigate and resolve issues.
- Provide up to date reports to Security Manager on security status (e.g. security operations, security equipment and security systems)
- Able to track, monitor and talks with analyze data to form proposals for improvements
(e.g. implementation of new technology and/or procedure).
- Assist Security Manager in managing Security Control Room in order to ensure all matters related to security admin, security operations and security systems are in good order and always up to date.
- To conduct loss prevention and physical security related to audits and assessment.
- Assist on maintaining and monitoring TAPA procedures & programs and keep the records up to date.
- Assist on maintaining and monitoring company Supply Chain Security Requirement.
- To conduct internal security awareness training for all level of employees.
- To conduct Security Risk Assessment (SRA) and Internal Security Audit (ISA).
- To conduct and monitor the Cyber Security & IP Security programs in order to be culture in company.
- To conduct & monitor all Security Standard been implemented such as TAPA (FSR A
& TSR 1), C-PAT, ISO 27001 ISO 28001 & ISO 31000.
- To perform any duties and task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possesses own transport
- To travel frequently to other branches of company (Johor, Selangor and Sarawak)
- Fluent in English and Malay (writing and speaking)
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
