**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and process paperwork, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and termination forms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Conduct initial screenings of applicants and coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Prepare orientation materials and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related questions.
- Help resolve employee issues and escalate them to the HR Manager when necessary.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and initiatives.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Support health and safety initiatives and programs specific to the slaughterhouse environment.
- Maintain and update safety training records and certifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**:

- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Assist in the administration of employee leave programs, including FMLA and workers' compensation.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management review.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Gather feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations and collecting feedback.
- Help prepare performance review documentation and communicate results to employees.
- Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- **HR Projects**:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Develop and distribute employee newsletters and communications.
- Coordinate employee surveys and assist in analyzing the results.
- Plan and execute employee appreciation events and activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
