Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full HR functions: recruitment, compensation, payroll, policies, leave, training, documentation.
  • Handle daily HR tasks: maintaining employee records, preparing HR related letter & report, managing HR systems and software and more.
  • Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and statutory compliance, including record keeping, payroll processing, computation of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EA Form and Form E.
  • Act as employee advocate, addressing HR inquiries.
  • Conduct recruitment process, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Oversee office administration, including repairs, supplies, and systems.
  • Identify training needs and propose development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and ISO.
  • Monitor performance appraisal system.
  • Participate in organizing company events.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in HR or relevant professional qualification.
  • Proficiency in SQL payroll software and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, and responsible team player.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
