ROLE DESCRIPTION

As part of our HR Operations team, you will provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle for HR teams across multiple locations. We identify process gaps & ensure documentation is in order at all times. You will work closely with the HR Operations Manager to provide customer excellence and drive productivity. You will be responsible for multiple HR service areas including Payroll, HRIS, employee lifecycle process management, employee benefits program, rewards and recognition program, HR analytics and reporting to ensure the HR solutions meet the needs of the organization

**What You'll Be Doing** _(Job Responsibilities)_
- Own and manage the monthly and yearly Payroll input and reviews, Full & Final Settlements, merit increase administration and leave management
- Provide Payroll support to the regions as assigned. Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within our HR system (i.e. personal data, job, office, compensation, working capacity, costing, work location, leaves of absence, education, background history etc.)
- Managing the payroll vendor is the region as assigned and complete end to end interaction for payroll activities.
- Support and strengthen Veralto Water Quality as an employer of choice through flawless, speedy and zero defect HR essential services delivered to associates in areas of employee lifecycle events, onboarding, offboarding, immigration, rewards and recognition, benefits, policy clarification, payroll, and so on
- Suggest and help in implementation preventative and corrective actions towards improving quality of support in payroll and other support activities.
- Support Ops team in implementation of projects as per organizational directive
- Support in organizational audit requirement as in when required
- Provide general support to HR team and perform other duties as assigned or required
- Function as internal consultant to the HR team to deliver process improvement tools, methodologies and effective facilitation tools
- Implements high quality execution and communication of benefits programs and processes. Provides HR systems expertise and knowledge of HR technology initiatives and capabilities

**What We Are Looking For **_(Skills & Qualifications)_**
- 8+ years demonstrated experience in delivering a broad range of HR services in a high growth, changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR processes and initiatives to make a real business impact.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- You have a hands-on approach and actively meet with team members across the organization in order to understand the business deeply, drive engagement, assess culture and organizational health, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of resilience, self-reliance, collaboration, right decision making, and influencing leaders through coaching and negotiation.
- Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and effectively managing project plans, prioritizing initiatives and adjusting plans to changing circumstances as required.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience developing & implementing HR process design and improvement projects.
- Experience using Workday would be an advantage.
- Strong computer skills (focus being Microsoft Office 365)
