**Office Admin Executive**

Based in : Kuala Lumpur

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Secretarial support to Director - scheduling meetings, managing calendars etc
- Organise and schedule company meetings, online and face to face
- General day-to-day office administration, book keeping and other duties as required
- Assist and organize company activities and events
- Managing visitors/guests, hospitality, refreshments etc
- Regional and International travel for work

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be willing to travel to SE Asia countries, Bali, Singapore and the UK
- Good academic credentials - university degree, preferably in Business/ Admin or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Pro-active, meticulous, organized, resourceful, able to work independently
- This is a full-time job, open only to Malaysian citizens

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
