Billing & Customer Service Officer

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
- Collect co-payments and outstanding balances from patients.
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.
- Assist with billing inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Adhere to PDPA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM in any discipline with 1 year experience in hospital industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to foster an environment that nurtures collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect
- Ability to work independently and perform critical work under deadlines
- Willing to work in shift
- Can communicate in English, Malay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
