**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

1. Assist the Company in ensuring a smooth day to day running of the business.

2. Presenting findings to higher management.

3. Installing, maintaining and enforcing Clinical Standard Operating Procedure(SOPs).

4. Perform training and supervising of new and existing clinical staff.

5. You will also be part in charge of managing clinical issues in the Company.

6. Lead and guide operation executive assistants on matters related to the operation of Malaysia clinics.

7. Ensure tasks are completed within a given timeframe.

8. Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure inventories are in order with no discrepancies.

9. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

10. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

11. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities organically and inorganically.

12. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

13. Develop and maintain client relationships.

14. Develop mutually beneficial proposals with vendors and business partners.

15. Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

**Other Requirement**:
1. Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.

2. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written as well as spoken.

3. Willing to travel to Branches (Within Klang Valley) as well as to JB branch, if necessary.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
