**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that all guest requests and complaints are handled properly in accordance with the hotel's general service recovery guidelines.
- Ensures that all opening and closing duties are carried out according to established standards.
- Examines weekly forecasts and assigns Team Members accordingly.
- Hands-on in the operation during peak periods.
- Meets, greets, and escorts guests to their rooms in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- In charge of the guest history database, ensuring that profiles are kept up to date and that data is used in the operation to support guest recognition.
- Assist in the achievement of Upselling, GSS, GRI target in the front office.
- Work closely with Manager Guest Relations to plans and coordinates VIP recognition programmes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in hospitality, tourism or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity at a 4 to 5 star international hotel.
- Excellent personality, strong communication skills and customer oriented.
- Knowledge in Opera system, Night Audit and Reservations System will be an added advantage
