Outbound Sales Representative

We are now looking for Outbound Callers to invite guests to international conferences and events to deliver highly effective results and expand our business profile.
**Your key responsibilities & accountabilities will include**:
- Be relentless to research, reach out to, and speak to the right decision-makers
- Conduct calls to invite prospect for attending events
- Conduct lead research to find quality attendees
- Contact appropriate delegates to bring awareness of the event, the benefits, and secure registrations of attendance
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with effective communication with clients
- Follow-up through all delegates registrations to ensure attendance
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Achieve KPI up to a satisfactory level
**Requirements**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates with a required minimum number of calls daily
- Good Command in both written & spoken in English, other additional language skills are an advantage
- Good data analysis and administrative skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- A positive, confident, professional, proactive and results orientated approach
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meticulous to details and a rounded set of communication skills
**Schedule**:
- 8am - 5pm (Fixed office hours)
- Monday to Friday
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
