a) Male/ Female
b) Minimum Degree and above
c) 35 years and Above
d) Experience in handling staff/team.
e) Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
f) Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience
g) Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point
h) Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
i) Handle all function HR
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Membangun dan melaksanakan HR strategi, perancangan tenaga kerja dan inisiatif-inisiatif yang sejajar. Menerima, memproses, menguruskan dan menangani permintaan, rungutan dan isu-isu lain dari pekerja. Mengekalkan pelan gaji dan faedah program seperti yang sedia ada. Menguruskan proses pengambilan dan pemilihan pekerja untuk syarikat. Membangun dan memantau keseluruhan strategi Sumber Manusia, sistem, taktik dan prosedur di seluruh organisasi dan anak syarikat berkaitan. Berurusan dengan jabatan kerajaan dan swasta yang melibatkan syarikat. Memupuk persekitaran kerja yang positif. Membina, menyelia dan menguruskan system penilaian prestasi kerja yang berpotensi tinggi. Menilai keperluan latihan untuk pembangunan pekerja. Melaporkan kepada pihak pengurusan dan menyediakan sokongan keputusan melalui matrik HR. Memastikan pematuhan dan pelaksanaan undang-undang kerja yang telah digariskan oleh pihak syarikat berjalan lancar. Menyediakan dan mewujudkan skop kerja untuk setiap jawatan kosong yang ada serta mendapatkan kelulusan sebelum diterima pakai. Menyokong keperluan perniagaan kini dan masa hadapan melalui pembangunan, penglibatan, motivasi, dan pemeliharaan modal insan. Menjaga dan mengawasi semua gerak kerja yang ada dalam jabatan. Menyediakan segala laporan yang diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan. Memastikan segala kerja yang diminta disiapkan dalam waktu yang ditetapkan. Diwajibkan merangka, mencatat, melaksana semua kerja-kerja yang diperlu dilakukan dalam google sheet (Management Control Guide) setiap hari untuk pantauan Pihak Atasan setiap masa. Wajib mendapatkan kelulusan pihak atasan untuk sebarang perubahan atau tindakan secara bertulis. Mengekalkan garis panduan pengurusan dengan menyediakan mengemaskini dan mencadangkan dasar-dasar sumber manusia dan prosedur. Menyumbang kepada pembangunan sumber manusia strategi untuk memastikan yang memaksimumkan keuntungannya mematuhi keperluan syarikat. Melaksanakan pelbagai tugas dalam skop am kerja dan lain-lain yang boleh diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan. Bertanggungjawab dalam pengambilan menganalisis dan merancang keperluan tenaga manusia. Dapat bekerja pada kapasiti seorang penasihat mengenai semua perkara yang berkaitan dengan sumber manusia. Membangunkan satu sistem pengesanan bagi memfailkan untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan maklumat dan kawalan dokumen. Harus dapat membentuk dan menyediakan dasar, prosedur dan orang-orang garis-panduan yang mesra dan menyokong dalam Syarikat. Menetapkan langkah-langkah tindakan tatatertib dan menetapkan proses undang-undang bagi penamatan dalam organisasi selaras dengan undang-undang Buruh dan peraturan kerajaan. Membangunkan skim untuk menyediakan peluang-peluang pembangunan kerjaya kakitangan dalam organisasi. Memastikan semua fail pekerja adalah up to date dengan rekod juga memastikan bahawa capaian ke fail adalah dikawal untuk memastikan kerahsiaan. Memastikan keceriaan, kebersihan dan keselamatan syarikat dan melaksanakan Amalan Persekitaran Berkualiti 5S. Bertanggungjawab menguruskan hal-hal pentadbiran dan perkhidmatan Jabatan. Menyelaras penghantaran dan penerimaan surat-surat Jabatan.
